Would I have to buy a reciever already cut for an underfolder ? Or can I just cut and drill the correct holes in a bent Tapco Flat ? Trying to build a Polish UF. Any downloadable templates I could use ? Thanks Guys,I'm just getting started at this. Many more questions to come.

No,  you can usethe regular type and cut the holes using the rear trunnion as a template

set the trunnion over the side of the and get close to the center of the larger holes center punch them
then install the trunnion after its riveted in then open the hole with a drill to about 3/4 size
and finish with a drimel and grinding stone
