Just wondering does Vector make thier own stamped recievers in house? If not then what brand are they? Also does anyone know what finish is used on the stamped underfolders?

Vector uses OOW (Ohio Ordnance Works, Inc) receivers.

The finish on Vectors is parkerization

They also use global trades 1 mm receiver.

Vector really does not use Ohio stuff they discountinued this about 1 or two years ago due to our request to switch to Armory USA & now they use some DCI units . Armory & DCI are fully heat treated not spot treated like the Ohio units.
