| I see that CAI is selling a WASR AK in .22 cal. It does not look to be the AK military trainers that have been around for awhile as these have all wood furniture and a Dragunov rear stock. I have not been able to find them locally retail and I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with them? |

While the gun in the Century link has the same top cover as the one at SOG, the mags sure are different and the first I have seen this. I enjoy my SOG sourced .22, but the mags are an odd insert to a Weiger mag body. Campy also has one, and if an easy hicap mod was obvious, he would have it done by now. I bought a few spare mags from SOG while I could, and my friend's 8 year old grandson LOVES the rapidfire! Maybe son of frankemag, with the ak top and 10/22 lower? |
