Guys, some advise please... I took a brand new ("non-ban") WASR to the range for the first time and put 200 rds of Wolf through it. No trigger slap, no canted FSB...cool. However...I had 6 failures to eject spend casings...they were extracted but the bolt came down on the front half of the old casing with the back end of the casing sticking out. Do you guys think maybe it's because the rifle is new and not broken in yet, or maybe the Wolf is under charged? I can't imagine magazines coming into play with an ejection problem. Any suggestions???? |

I had one wolf round jam the exact same way on round number 32 of my first WASR(I remember cause it was the second shot from the fresh mag after I ran the first one dry. It should work out. I found that she didn't throw the wolf casings as far as the czech ball ammo, so it "could" be an ammo issue since if it's slightly more underloaded and your gun is still new and stiff, that could cause such a thing. Try some different types of ammo to (gives you an excuse to buy some more So now, with anything manufactured in questionable places, I treat as corrosive. Oh, and make sure that poo-brown colored goop they packed the gun in is out from behind the extractor, that may cause FTE as well if there was enough of it. __________________________________________________________________________ Dirty deeds....done dirt cheap
