This gun belong to a friend of mine. He was cleaning this AK last night when he noticed that this pin was out as shown.
What pin is this and how would you put it back correctly?

That pin is used to hold the nut on the underfolder stock. Just get a small brass hammer and tap it back home. Take the opportunity however to make sure the stock is snug before you line it up and do though.
