....can I not get anyone on t he phone at Global Trades? They've received the FFL liscense, finally got an email reply............but I cant seem to get the order placed...............whats the deal?

Why do people use vague thread titles that deceive people into clicking them?

To answer your question:

We are moving our operation to a new location near our present place. Much nicer space, better set up for manufacturing.

The T1 line that provides our phone and internet connections will not be moved for three more weeks, so there will be some gaps in our phone and email service. We are trying to deal with the phones with cell phones. It will be a bit of a mess till the T1 line gets installed.

We apologize for the confusion.

It will be around the 25th or so before they get our T1 line in at the new place--all of our phone lines and our broadband come in on this one line--so we are forwarding our phones to cell phones for now. This is not as reliable as our normal system. Be patient.

Moving a T1 can be a real pain. Technically it is simple, the CO tech just moves a couple of jumper wires(five to be exact), then he tests the new loop with a field tech, pull the patch cables and it is done.

In reality it is generally a pain in the ass and will have you communications screwed up for weeks.
