I ended up with a Red Jacket Galil...functions flawlessly, but shoots about 6" right at 50 yards, and 12" right at 100.  Is the windage on the front sight the only adjustment?

Do I have bigger problems?  It groups supurbly, but I need to out with a single brand of ammo to get a hard MOA.

Any thought?

The windage adjustment must be made at the front sight.  The front sight may have been installed/pinned on canted to the left a bit. The front sight/gas block on the Galil is ususally a very tight fit, so moving it over and pinning it again would probably not be easy.  I am sure Red Jacket would work on it for you since they built it.  I would shoot it again or have someone else shoot it with you to be certain that  you are not part of the windage error before doing anything more.

Thanks!

I'm going to take it out with a single type of ammo, and try it out.  The overall fit and finish is pretty good...almost too good, as the rifle is pretty hard to assemble and disassemble.

Function is flawless, and the weapon groups very well.  The cases are chucked about a kilometer, and the brass is dinged up, so not entirely range friendly, but this can be overlooked.
