Im not gonna promise but I think swell necks are pretty much correct for most if not all builds.

I've built 6 Romys with the "Bulgarian Rivet Sets". These rivet sets include 4 short swell neck rivets, and I put them in the front and rear holes on the front trunnion, per a web page on the k-var site.  The swell neck rivets seem like they would hold a bit better, due to the counter-sink.  I don't think it really matters what the country of origin is.

Look at your trunions -- if the hole is slightly countersunk or v shaped at the top - this is where to use a swell neck rivet.  If the hole looks like a regular drill hole use a standard rivet.

A non standard use of swell neck rivets can be when you have to egg-shape a hole in the receiver slightly to get it to line up.  The swell neck will help fill the void.
