| I want an AK, but I know nothing about them. My local gun dealer has a ? Century Arms ? with a side folding stock for ~$430. Is this an OK buy? I really want an underfolder. What are my choices? |
| What's your budget? That seems a little high for a Century side folder. You can get them from Aimsurplus for $359.95 here. I guess if you don't want to wait and as long as it comes with the same accessories as the one from Aimsurplus it's not a terrible deal. If you want an underfolder you can find a Century Yugo M70 underfolder for ~$500. There's also the Vector Arms underfolder which is better quality and not that much more expensive. You can get those from Atlantic. Just find someone in your area that's willing to do an FFL transfer. You also have the option to build it yourself. Go check the Build It Yourself forum too see what's involved and decide if you're up to that. |
