Go with the shooter. Buy an SAR1, spend the little extra change afterwards and give it a classic look. That's what I'm doing with mine and I'm having a blast.

Don't know if AIMsurplus.com is still selling them, best place to go. Hurry quick, I hear supplies are about gone.
