You have the hooks on the tail of the hammer spring over the end of the trigger? Hammer spring broken?

Hammer in backwards? This is a common mistake. The ears (sear surfaces on the hammer) should face away from the back of the bolt.

You did use the sleeve that comes with the G2 that holds the trigger and disc together right?

Is the reciever slotted for a double hook?

A little CLP on the trigger pivot pin and the sleeve can't hurt, but you shouldn't need it.

I'll check all those things. Thanks.

I have also seen the G2 FCG is a little too big for the opening in the receiver. Check to see if it is hanging-up on the receiver. A little filing will fix the problem.

The very first post tacked at the top is from TAPCO and gives you all the reasons that it may not be functioning correctly.
