My first rail I got from some one who imported them from Russia thinking that was the only way to go.  It cost me over $50 (and that was when AKs were much cheaper).  Since then I have gone with Centerfiresystems (Tapco I think) side mounts and have not noticed any difference in quality.  Not sure by what you mean "flat front trunnion Yugo M70", but if it is the underfolder model you will have a harder time getting a side rail mount on it.

I've used several rails from here with good success.  They are made in Belarus and good quality.

I have been working on redesigning a side mount for my Yugo M90 (it is an underfolder in 5.56) in which I will probably weld a Dragunov rail above where the stock comes to the receiver and shorten a side mount so the scope does not sit a mile above the dust cover.  In the meantime, UTG has made quadrails for the Yugos that replace the forend grip and that along with either a pistol scope or a mount that comes back over the dust cover would work great.  All the AK scopes mount above the rifle, I too am a left hander (the reason I could never put a military scope on my Garand).
