No wonder I couldn't find the target. It looks like the front sight on an NHM90 is rotated just a tad off plumb with the barrel/gas tube/rear sight, etc. I'm thinking the only way to remedy this is to punch out the pins, move the sight to expose the grooves, and extend the grooves on the appropriate side enough to allow the sight to be rotated back to plumb and pinned in the correct location. Does this sound like the right solution or is there a better (more simple I hope) one?  Thanks for any help.

a cheaper, easier  faster and simplier solution would be to replace the rear sight with a RPK one.......plenty of windage. takes about 1 min. to replace.

Not a Romanian exclusive huh?

I like everything to be straight when I hold the gun straight, so go ahead and rotate it.

Guess I'll rotate it. Looks simple enough. Thanks again to all for advice.
