have a romy rpk and i would like to install the bi-pod, looks like a couple pins hold the front site in place. do i just knock them out, slide off the front site,  slide on the bi-pod, reinstall site, or does it get more involved ??  any suggestion appreciated.

There are two pins, take out the pin on the right side of the gun, you will have to straighten the wire that runs through the pin.  Then pull it out from the muzzle end with a pair of needle nose pliers.  Once the pin is out you will be able to get the bipod off.

I knocked out the two pins on the front site base. Then you need to press off the base.  I actually used a piece of brass stock and tapped off the base. To reinstall, justy reverse.
