I just bought some used mags. One of the mags only holds fifteen rds, and the mag is not full. Is this a spring problem and how do I fix it? Bought them from centerfire systems,and they are all 30 rd mags.

First, check the mag body for slight dents that would keep the follower from pushing down all the way.
