Sorry, here we go again. I plan to attach a Romanian side folder to my NHM90 and have so far 5 US made compliance parts (fcg, pistol grip, forend). So I want to thread on a US made muzzle brake to make 6 US parts. Does the brake have to be tack-welded on to be legal? Also any advantage to double hook trigger vs single? The old one was a double but I got a G2 single. Thanks in advance.

No need to tack weld on the brake. Any such requirement went out with the AWB.

No real difference in the trigers. The double hook is old style. The single was a nessary mod to allow the rate reducer to be installed.
