Im new to AKs all together let alone Krinkovs. I like the look of kirnkovs and was looking for a rifle with a black polymer stock. I noticed these guns are extremely expensive. Why is that?

Because there is only one place that sells them (K-Var) and they have you by the short and curlys if you wanted one.

If you really wanted one, you have to pay their extortion price (I know they're not twisting your arm to buy it, but the price is threw the roof!)
With that said, I have 3 from them.

I believe he's refering to a complete weapon.

Cost of the Krinkov parts is the main factor in the high cost.

The AKS-74U is widely regarded as the BEST AK variant due to it's accuracy, compact size, and that it fires a potent round from a submachinegun sized package.

Also, those who own them are known as being the best sexually-endowed specimens of all gun owners.
