HELP....
hey guys,just got my kit. it looks great. but on the right trunion the two holes
where drilled out a little rough,and the holes seem oblonged sorta.
will this be a problem when building the kit????
i cant post pictures but id gladly email anyone the picture of it.

No problem if it is just slightly down into the trunnion.

If you mean the rivet holes, my uf rear trunnion had 3 holes drilled so bad off center they looked like binoculars and it built up just fine

Did you do a rivet or screw build? Just asking because I'm in the same boat you were in.

I did a rivet on this particular build. But on mine I think I could have drilled the hole large enough to use a 10-32 and remove at least some of the overdrill. Not much meat to tap threads but I think you could bolster it by using a hex nut on the inside. You'll just have to look and ponder if theres enough to keep the screw from eventually working into the overdrilled area over time.

Should build fine just try to drill somewhere in the center of one hole to get the most out of the fastener. You should see the rivet holes on some of the aircraft flying around.
