hey all, I have just purchased a yugo rpk kit from centerfire without a bipod. I have searched high and low for a bipod with no luck.

My question is, will the "norpod" from CDNN work on a yugo? it looks similar to the original, but the pics I have found suck and I cant tell for sure. I don't mind carving it up if it isn't perfect, but just wondering what everyone else does when they build a yugo without a pod.

thanks for any info, and happy new year

You won't find a better deal than on Rguns for a Yugo M72 bipod.  I was in the same boat as you and then found one on Gunbroker but it set me back 100 clams.  I got one of the Rguns bipods too because I couldn't pass up on the good deal.  Now I have an extra.  They are easy to put on.

I bought an East German one off of GB and it looks identical. It was only $50 and was put together.
