well after cooling my heals for a minute, i decided on a saiga. already ordered all the parts. went with a fse stock & FCG, and a caa upg47 pistol grip. so now all i have to do is pick up the gun at this weekend's gun show.

however i'm extremely worried about doing the conversion. i've heard varying reports on how easy it's going to be. that some of the x39s have the new trigger hole already there, and some don't. i think i can get it dis-assembled okay, it's the reassembly that i'm worried about. any tips anyone can give me? other than the really old conversion link that everyone has already posted?

x39's do NOT have the hole drilled already... SOME 5.56's do and some dont. most likely dont though. its a fairly easy conversion, i dont know much about the bullet guide though.
