| Any of you guys bending/making your own recievers. If so what flats are you using? Do you use the bottom reinforcement plate? What rivets are you using? 1mm or 1.6mm? What about 80% recievers say from coldsteel? They say that their 1.6mm are made so that you don't have to mill the trunions, but Global said that with theirs you do? I mean why would you not make them( 1.6mm) with the same internal domensions? Any help would be greatly appretiated.hinking.gif |

They just have regular flats. Curtis cut out the holes for the Polish Underfolder by himself, it took some time to do this as he did it only when somone ordered one. His regular flats when he had them were better than Tapco's I have a ak-builder.com Polish Underfolder flat somewhere in the garage I would be willing to sell if I find it. Just moved. Give me a little time to search for it. |
