| i am buying a sam-7 next week but i am curious if the reduced recoil due to the muzzlebreak will make it harder or easier to bump fire if anyone knows i would love your input |

Is it possible to bump-fire with an AR-15 AK shorty? That thing barely has any recoil, and I thought I heard somewhere that AR-15s weren't the best guns for bump-firing anyway. If it is possible, can someone give me some step-by-step directions on how to do so, or direct me to a good source of information about it? Unfortunately, my mags (cheap steel mags) have jamming problems, and if I fire fast, it often jams every five rounds or so. I think the follower is getting stuck as it rides up. Fortunately I'm getting an AK-47 soon, so things should be easier then. |

Well . . . . I have one of those Saiga/Hesse/Ruskie AK-47 with the attached muzzle brakes (I know, I know, the "H" word ! ! ) Anyway, the little sucker runs lke a clock ! ! And man-o-man, can she bump-fire ! ! Also have a SAR 1, and it too will bump-fire. But the Saiga is more fun !! Believe it or not, the brake really makes a difference ! ! |
