Going to leave the link cold as I don't want the mods to think I'm trying to pimp a product.

Anyone ever buy from them or use their product? I'm specifically looking at their 77gr 5.56. It's pretty rare to find someone making mk262 mod1 copies (usually it's .223) so I'm curious if anyone has ever used them before.

This wouldn't so much be for plunking/training as it would be for my personal loadout. Probably use 30-50 rounds to confirm BZOs and holds and put the rest in mags for SHTF/home invasion.

Yes, I have purchased from them several times.
Most recently, another 1k of the 77OTM for short line loads when I can't reload.

BTW, they are pretty much dealing in Black Hills ammo, so maybe I don't follow the "making copies" idea in your question. This stuff is all Black Hills as far as I can tell.
For me, Black Hills 77 grain goes to the same zeros as my handloads.

I don't know the company you mention.  I stopped at Cali.

You might check Widners.  It is not Black Hills, it is cheaper.  I have never used any.
