I got so excited when I saw the new Aimpoint 3X that I forgot about the Burris (sorry to disapoint). It is also my understanding at the Burris Aimpoint clone is priced in line with the Aimpoint ML2 (which is WAY out of your price range lt557 so it shouldn't matter to you in the least)!  C4 |

Aimpoint, accept no substitue (unless you are an air5ofter.) Seriously, anyone have any pictures of the optic you guys are discussing? I take it the optic is somehow comparable to an Aimpoint, correct? What kind of dot (i.e. size, shape, color, etc.) does it have? What are the controls like? What kind of mount does it use? What is the cost? Who has tested it or had some practical use with the optic? What kind of batteries does it use and what’s the life expectancy? Is it parallax free? Is it NV compatible? I’m an Aimpoint fan for sure, but it doesn’t mean I am opposed to checking out new options. Thanks. |
