Could not agree more. This delayed bolt system in 9mm would be incredibly soft shooting. I have the .45 and it's better than any 9mm blow back I have shot. It's also very reliable. I have put over 1500 rounds of more than a dozen types of .45 ammo including all my reloads and it runs 100%. Finally broke down and cleaned it. It was not all that dirty and most of that was suppressed. |

Yep. Was anxiously waiting the past two weeks thinking one of the new releases would be a different caliber'd Guard. Or at least the release of build kits/parts. But no, just two new rifles. Nice ones though!
I just need to treat this like waiting for NFA forms to clear. When it happens it happens, no sense staring at the calendar. :-( |

I know little about Glocks but if the G20 mag is dimensionally the same/very similar to the G21, then my guess the next caliber will be 10mm. Only because it makes sense from a business perspective...CMMG can use the same lower as the Guard 45 which means they can produce them on the same machinery. Only thing different is the bolt.
With that said I'm really hoping it's 9mm!! |
| After thinking about it some more, where 10mm would be practical from a manufacturing angle, it is more of a boutique caliber. 9mm and .40 are much more popular cartridges. Then again, with 7 new calibers in the next several months, chances are we'll see everything. |

How about a pdw brace? Runs great suppressed. Some blow back but not bad.

6 more days! I hope 460 Rowland or 10mm pistol! 460R is my preference. Do it! 
You should be able to use 45 Super in the 45ACP with the heaviest weight, maybe a spring change too w/o issue right? Side charge would be a dream! A MUST buy! Make it look like this too:

Will any upper that accepts a mil spec bcg work with your Guard BCG and barrel? I want a non reciprocating side charging billet upper mated to your 460R or 45 Super kit. ;) Will it work with this one? My primary concern is the cam pin. The above upper uses a custom cam pin. Will the CMMG cam pin function in that upper? |

CMMG, when you're done answering Scottyman's question I have one too. Matter of fact, someone else may know the answer:
What's the barrel OD near the muzzle? The specs say 'medium taper' but I'm looking specifically for the OD of the last few inches right before the shoulder. Is it .750"? |

One has a standard length narrower ejection port and the other has the shorter but fatter ejection port. Are both uppers compatible with your Guard system? #1 This upper #2 Or this one |
