I get best results using slow burning powders like Blue Dot.  The loads in Speer #13 work well with this powder.  I think the single biggest secret to good accuracy with the 10mm auto is consistent brass length.  Using a Bushnell red-dot sight I get "ragged hole" groups out to 50 yards with freshly trimmed brass.  Since the cartridge headspaces on the case mouth, I think overly long (or varying length) brass gets "crimped" when slammed by the bolt creating uneven pressures and inaccuracy.  That's my theory anyway.  I do know for sure I get bad groups with untrimmed brass.
