It's my favorite setup I've ever had. It by far my favorite of the several I own now. So much so that if I want to shoot my other ARs this one has to stay home. Plus it just looks bitchin!

ETA  Pic Thread this is how she sits now. i took off the rail covers and moved the light to the top rail.

Although I am liking this setup a lot right now. 14.5 ELWF KMR w/ tr24

That thing is beautiful. what model ACOG is that? Im in the middle of a BCM/KAC service rifle clone, straying away from EOTechs for this one, was going to get an aimpoint but the little voice in my head has been screaming ACOG w/ RMR and it wont shut the hell up.

Just mocked up - still have to dig out a gas tube and barrel it (as you can tell by the HG cap turned sideways ) I'm not a big fan of collapsible stocks, but I think I'm going to like this. SOCOM barrel, LMG upper. A kinda A2/M4 BHDish carbine. I will probably change the PG out to either an A2 or a stippled grip.

HOLY GRAIL

I want a 14.5" A2 so bad, but not many people make them if any.

ETA: No FA makes it even better I think.

You can't see it that well in that pic, but you can see where the FA was milled off. It was NOT a cheap upper. I bought it for another retro project, planning to mill the Brunton Bump off, but it was pointed out to me that just buying an A2 9mm upper would be much easier. It'll still need machine work, but not nearly as much. Actually I'm kind of glad - it's a really nice upper.

Spikes Mid-length LW 14.5 pinned with a DynaComp. Came with Magpul handguards, not a fan, swapped them out for the "fat" M4 style from Adam Arms. Upper is sitting on a RRA "Operator" Lower.

Shitty ass cell phone pic. Mag is blocked to 10. my BCM 14.5 pinned and welded SOCOM upper on a donor lower, soon to be service rifle clone once I pick up another lower, stock, ACOG, and KAC or MaTech BUIS. -See Alaska's post under mine for full size pic. Neither my iPhone or kindle will let me post the larger version.
