| I am looking for either 14.5 or 14.7 complete uppers with a permanent accessory but it seems I can only get them from CMMG or Bushmaster. Are there any other options as i am looking for a basic assembly so I can put on a railed handguard? Or should I go ahead and buy all the parts separate and build it myself? Also, would it be cheaper to build it myself if I do not already have the required tools? Thank You! |
