| O.K right now I have a dpms 16" m4 aparentley the barrel was clocked wrong at assembly as it shoots with the rear sight all the way to the right to be zeroed. I would like to consider sending it to Adco to be cut down to 14.7 with permanent hider but I am worried what you do if you still had a problem with the barrel alignment, how could you remove the sight post block with a permanent hider attached, I also have a free float assembly by the way. Any info would be helpful do they have a way to make sure this will not be a problem, just worrried because at least I can remove the hider and sight post as it sits to get the free float off. Thank's Brandon |

Thank's Brandon It may not be the FSB; it could be the way the barrel was installed into the upper. This sometimes happens if an upper receiver block is used instead of clamping the barrel in a vice (with the proper aluminum barrel jaws). If you have somebody nearby with the tools to barrel an upper (and most importantly the jaws necessary for clamping the barrel in a vice) you might be able to correct the problem with the excessive windage adjustments by doing a correct reinstall. |
