Whenever I try to get a CAR upper her on the EE it is already bought. Where is the best place to get a complete upper? Wondering because wife wants a 16 inch CAR upper. I have an extra RRA lowerw/ collasable stock. I was going to use for myself but I have 2 already.

She just wants one AR.

Anyone have a used one with decent barrel they want to get rid of?

I got everything but my lower from JSE Surplus:

JSE Upper kits

Great place. Good prices and fast shipping. The upper perfectly matches my Stag lower. Not sure who it is (RRA, Stag, etc.), but it's got the Cerro keyhole mark on it.

I have a Stag Arms Model 2H upper half that I would be willing to part with. Has only about 700 rds through it. Shoot me an email if interested.
