Just curious about the availability of the 1:7 barrels. I have a Colt Hbar 1:7 and it seems to be a very accurate rifle even with M193. My latest is a 1:9 Cav midlength chrome lined and I will be doing some comparisons in accuracy on my next rifle range visit. ( I usually plink in the woods, real ranges only once or twice a year) I'm thinking the 1:7 will have an edge with the heavyweights and I'll be checking that with some BH 77s I have. The main question is, does anyone market a 16" midlength chromed 1:7 bbl? I really like the midlengths and prefer that but could run an M4 in a pinch. Colt bbls are out as I really dont wanna pay $350+ for a barrel What other new barrels are available in 14.5-16" chrome lined 1:7 ???

Giffmann is running a 1:7 twist, chrome-lined, mid-length barrel buy right now: Mid-length group buy It's closed out but I believe ADCO and CMMG will both be carrying a few when the arrive. Also, several dealers here carry 1:7 twist, chrome-lined LMT barrels and uppers in 16" & 14.5"; G&R Tactical, ADCO, CMMG, Denny's Guns, BravoCompanyUSA & MSTN come to mind. Check them out over on the industry forum. |
