manfacturer can mean anyone that puts a gun togather from parts. If you slap too many many uppers and lowers togather and sell them, according to the BATF you are a manufacter and need a special manufacters FFL.
Everyone putting out an AR is a manufacturer so what did the OP refer to? Just where did you hear such nonsense. Only 4 AR manufacturers? There are dozens of companys cutting lower receivers now, not just LAR, CMT, LMT and JVP. |
