When zeroing an M4 w/16-inch barrel and 1:7 twist, using M193 Ball, where will the bullet impact at 25 meters to be 'on target' at 200 meters? TIA

According to the above chart, you will be ~10 inches high at 200 yards with a 25 yard zero.

Assuming you are using iron sights, a 25M zero will be ~9" high at 200 yds.

Looks like 50y is the way to go.

About 1" - 1 1/4" low.

Right around an inch low for 193 or 855.  Any difference off that will be indiscernable given individual sight picture and group size.
You still need to shoot at the longer distance to verify POA/POI at longer range.

Thanks, guys. Looks like the 50 meter zero IS the way to go.

This is where I like mine zeroed.

This is for irons and EOTechs/Aimpoints/other red dots.  My ACOG follows the 100m zero so the Bullet Drop system works correctly.

I currently have my RDS zeroed at 50 yards and was thinking of doing it for 100 yards tomorrow, but maybe I'll just leave it.  I just got my BUIS in, so I guess I just confirm zero with the RDS and zero the BUIS at 50 yards.

When I zero at 25 yards for chest, I'm at around low neck area so few inches high.

at 300 yards, I hit around the abs

Optics FAQ, entry #7. I've got a bunch of charts that show bullet trajectories for a ton of zeroes.
