I have a DPMS barrel that the flash suppressor when removed trashed the threads. To fix it I can turn the barrel down and re thread but then would need a long (about 4") muzzle break to put on it. Any ideas as to where I might get one that long...Thanks for the help.

Just going to go ahead and say it (even though I often mistype it as well) to go ahead and save you the burn of someone who takes it to seriously.

Its called a Muzzle BRAKE.

Ignore anyone after this post who wants whine about it.

Do you think it could be fixed with a helicoil?  I would try this first.  If I remember right Primary Weapons Systems sold a Dave Nath comp that was pretty long (old version) not sure about the newer style.  I would check some of the big bore vendors/manufacturers like JP, Fulton, DPMS, Armalite, Rainer Arms, etc and see what they have to offer.  I thought my miculek was long but it measures out at 2.627"...

I have the SJC Titan, purchased from La Rue.  It works very good and measures 3.25"

Thanks I actually know better but just typed it as my head spelled it. I am sure some guys take this seriously. Unfortunately the outer threads can't be fixed. Thanks for the info. I actually found some from a company called Alumalite and they make some that are 6" long....Not usre if I am crazy about aluminum......thanks again.
