Well here’s my 1st “large frame” AR. Total weight (less optics & mount) is 8# 2oz.
The anodizing job on the handguard mounting clamp is bad but I plan on Cerakoting it along with the ACE stock in FDE anyway. The barrel will get coated black.

I took it out on its maiden voyage this afternoon and ran some Hornady Match 168 HPBT and Federal Matchking 168BTHP through it today and the gun functioned fine, except the 1st round from the magazine need a little help to chamber.
