Hey, I am building a 308 dpms pattern rifle with an 18in barrel with rifle length gas system. I would like to have an ajustable gas block for when using a supressor. Is there a switch block or something like that so I can shoot with the gas supressed, un supressed and off. Thanks for the help.

I don't think there is a switchblock for the .308 yet.  I've seen some guys using these with good results...http://secure.adpay.com/clicknbuy.aspx?p=2079&itemid=2541516&networkview=False&catid=5500&pcatid=500MS&procid=dec9f4ab-a1a8-4297-9ba2-0d1cb2a6ea28

The OBRs have a built in switch block. I don't know if they sell those separately though.

That's a negative.  They do not sell it seperately.

Thanks for the replys. I guess the one from paladin is the best option, I read some good reviews. I would rather wait for noveske to release one for a 308. The gas block is the only thing I am waiting for so I may by a non adjustable or the paladin(no supressor yet anyway) and get the noveske if it is ever availble. Thanks again.

I use a JP adjustable, adjusting it with a screw.

I have used both the JP and Paladin.
The JP is on my SBR.  It's overgassed so using the set screw I was able to lower the gas.  Once it's set I loctite the screw.  While it is adjustable it's not real practical if going b/t suppressed and unsurpressed.
The Paladin does just that; it has 3 settings: Hi, Lo and off.  Much easier to switch gas settings.  One thing to keep in mind that if you get the Paladin you will need to cut your gas tube down.  No mods are
needed for the JP block.
