I guess I have a wild hair way up deep & want to try something different.
Does anyone know of a source for fully profiled, UN-CHAMBERED 35cal barrels? I'm wanting to build my own upper in .357 HRT. I have the equipment to cut chambers & set headspace but don't have the ability to profile a barrel or install bbl extensions & such. What i really require is a complete, ready to install 35 cal, un-chambered, 16" SS heavy bbl with extension installed, gas port drilled & pin notch cut, muzzle threadded for a FS and completely ready to be installed on my bare upper. In short, ready for me to cut a chamber, install & go shoot. Also, are bbl extensions pretty much the same pertaining to bolts? Or, would I have to specify an extension for a 6.8SPC bolt? Any help in this matter will be appreciated, MLG |
