Hey guys, finaly wanting to venture out into the conversion builds. Im thinking Id really like to have a 40SW build.
Who makes the parts necessary to build one if I have the empty uppers? I realize magazines are a problem......but I think it could be overcome if someone tried hard enough. |
| Arf member, ronaldmwilliams, has just made DI 45acp uppers run properly, I believe that he has done 10mm and possibly 40 S&W as well. Here is a link to his thread about the 45acp, maybe contact him from there. link to the "impossible" DI AR 45acp thread operating perfectly. He is selling barrel assemblies for the 45acp and maybe a good source for info. Good luck! |

sten mags work with 40 oly makes the uppers and brownell has the mag block. That was easy I don't know why I never thought of a pistol in 40 S&W. Would be a puncher. I think the hard thing would be mags. unless they make a pistol kit that would accept glock or maybe an hk mag.
