This is my first post but I have been trolling around for a while.  So I was wondering if anyone has dyed these mags yet?  They seem to be made of a different  material than other polymer mags are they safe to dye?
On another note  I have put about 500 rounds through a couple of these mags and I have had no issues.  I  have a DPMS Recon and though they are a little tight, with use they have loosened up and fall out fine.

Well I dyed it using dark green Rit dye and it it came out fine.  Not as dark as od pmags but it will do.

I have one I was given at the NRA show.

It's the mag I really want to like.

So far it's been relatively trouble free.  Had a few jams with bullets setting back into the case.

I have no experience with their AR mags, BUT their mags for the FN 5.7 are

I have one that I bought for a test.  After a couple of drops on the concrete (maybe not entirely fair for a $20 mag, but I do want a mag that is reliable), it turned into a toaster that kept spitting out the rounds at random.  Like I said, it is not an expensive mag, but I can't endorse it.

Really too bad as it looked promising, I picked up a couple cheap to use as range mags.
I plan on picking up some of the 40rd pmags in the future.

I would love to see someone beat the crap out of the mag to give us some real world results.  I have dropped a full magazine on all its corners from about waist high with no damage and the usual scuffing but that's it.

I bought one before the pmag 40's were out, I've babied it as far as dropping goes but its run fine. I like it, but I plan to only get the pmag 40's in the future (unless I can find the promags for $12 again, then I may pick up 1-2 more)

Ran it last night at 300yards and it functioned flawlessly in the dark.

This is a pretty good review.

I have got one and done 4-5 full auto mag dumps with steel case wolf without issue through an FNC and my experience has told me the FNC is the pickiest of all STANAG compatible guns but YMMV...   And steel case through any magazine is more trouble prone than brass case.
