I have committed to hunting with an AR at every opportunity, just to stick it to the anti-liberty crowd. Michigan has changed a deer hunting law that used to only allow shotguns, to now include "straight walled pistol cartridges".
I need your advice and thoughtful council on purchasing an AR 5.56 AND a 450 Bushmaster upper. My goals are to keep the cost below $1,500 complete and to have a platform on which I can build a accurate gun for plinking and range play. I am former military (20 years ago Army 11B recon), but this is my first AR. Thanks for the help. |
