Just wanted to share the accuracy i got out of my 450 Bushmaster this morning.. 3 shots at 75 yds using the Hornady 250 Gr FTX ammo
I think im ready for deer rifle season tomorrow..

Here are some pics I took a few weeks ago..
Since then I thought I needed more eye relief so I put a Nikon Omega Muzzleloader 3-9 scope on it (on sale at Natachzss for $139).. I am using Warne QD Ultra High Tactical rings and it has a CAA 6 position stock on it.. I added the Limbsaver recoil pad and it helps tame the recoil quite nicely

Anyone know if I'll need to change out my buffer tube? or will the standard A2 buffer be ok? you wont have to change anything.. From reading on here it appears that some cheaper collapsible stocks (ie CAA like I have) wont hold up to the punishment.. I got 1 box of shells thru mine and no problems yet.. brian |
