So decided to build a 458 socom with this billet lower I just bought
My search for a billet upper has stopped me. I'm looking for a billet upper for .458 I do not feel like milling the ejector port would like to keep a forward assist as well So anyone know of a 458 billet upper with forward assist or should I just spring for a standard billet upper and send it to get milled? |

You should check out the CMT UPUR-1A Billet Upper Receiver that's 458 SOCOM Compatible.
They are a piece of truly a piece of art. I purchased the stripped upper awhile back, and I'm waiting to piece it together with my Tromix Barrel and a either a BCM KMR or Midwest Industries SSK handguard. Good luck with your search! |

Any links to that upper Also any links to the NFA upper? ETA i think i found both the NFA billet upper and the CMT billet upper....both of out of stock

I bet if you check frequently with CMT or find a distributor you'll get lucky. Although CMT has a new ambi billet lower out now that might jumble up production times, the market is
saturated to the point that CMT should fulfill any such demand their way pretty soon. Also, if your not intent on getting a billet upper, you should check out Aero Precision's new 458 Socom stripped or assembled upper receiver part. Great pick of a barrel! Tromix is the tits for 458 Socom barrels. I hear good things about RRA too
