| Okay, so I just got back from S. Texas, and I went hog hunting while I was there. I had a hundred Barnes Vortex 55 gr. TSX rounds with me. Well, on the 3000 acre ranch that I was on, we didn't see any hogs, but did see a crap ton of jack rabbits. Now I realize that a rabbit is not an extremly tough animal, nor is it big. BUT, they are around 8 or 10 lbs. and big enough to invoke the hate of the TSX bullett. I can say without doubt, those rounds are waaay destructive. The 18 or 20 rabbits that I shot, half of them were damn near cut in half. Impressive to say the least. 9080 |
