[ARCHIVED THREAD] - 5.56 ID

I picked up a couple of boxes of ammo yesterday and looking for any info you guys might have. White box ,front of box only has Made in USA Cal. 5.56mm 55gr. ball. On back of box is Olin winchester group. Headstamp W C C 8 3. Good/Junk? Thanks for any info.

Winchester was only in tiny print on the back of the box. I figured it was OK but there was no other markings on the box like Q3131. was looking for more info like year, type ?

If it says 5.56 55gr on the box then it is Q3131 made in 1983.
