I have a ton of these things but they are dirty as hell and some are very gritty. Whats the best way to clean these things? I was going to pull them apart and put them in my tumbler, but pulling apart several hundred of these things is going to take forever.

I pull them apart and shake out the gritty stuff and put them back together. I put a sheet of news paper on my lap and do it when the boob tube is on.
