i just bought some 62gr fmjbt bullets to reload, for my ar and my reloading book dosent have 62gr specs in it, can anyone help me out?

What type  powder?
Speer 13 has 15 recipes.(223/62gr.)
If you go to the powder manufacturer's site you can get their reloading specs.
I get the best up to date loading info that way.
