I've been looking at purchasing a BCM 1" keymod mount for a SF 6P and clones. Any reasons not to go that route? If so please recommend another keymod 1" mount that I need to look into?

The BCM mount is ok. I like the Arson Machine mounts. A bit lower profile and smoother over all. It's also modular which can be nice if you ever want to swap it out to an M-LOK mount. Saves a few bucks. Arisaka also makes a sweet Keymod light mount as well.
