Where did the 6.8 SPC FAQ thread go??

It was condensed and lies inside the new one without all of the BS. I'm guessing Forest deleted it.

FAQ is inside the locked thread. It still badly needs to be culled and condensed from 3 pages to 1 1/2 - there is alot of space wasted with personal bantering that should not be included in a faq thread.

Well, I look forward to reading YOUR 1.5 page facts thread that you take all the necessary extra time to create from the 600+ pages of data that is out there.  I'm sure your freely donated Facts Post will be far superior to anything produced here by us  lowly bantering bunch of creatons.  Your complaining because its only been condensed by 80% in which only the first post, less that 1 page, is the actual info and facts chart.  A reduction of  99.4% in volume with at least 50% more real data added from other sources compared to the other, and it still hasn't met your standards for a free data post you have to do nothing to get, other than actually read it!?!  Your kidding right!?! Just impersonating a TROLL for fun maybe?

Wow that sure was a mighty immature way for me to respond to your post.  Let me try to address your suggestions and statements of your perceived facts in a better way.

The Fact and info chart is only the very first post on the thread which just happens to be less than 1 thread page.  The rest is just the "asked for" suggestions and logging of changes made to the chart.  I think its plainly obvious and far from "personal bantering" All of this info is in the very beginning of the first post by the way.

Furthermore it isn't a "locked thread".  There is no padlock icon on it.  You would know this if you actually tried to post to it.  If you care to read the statement at the bottom of the very first post " the actual Info Chart"  it clearly states that this is still a work in progress and will be constantly updated as new info become available and other info changes.  At the beginning of the first post it also has a request for people that have any new or updated data or suggestions to post there.   Based on these type of things I'm deducing  you felt you didn't need to actually read it to be able to offer your suggestions and statement of incorrect facts.  Locking it would have been foolish as it would then no longer be updated and would be of less use quickly.  There would then be a thread complaining about that.

I look forward to and have requested "useful "info, suggestions, and requests for changes.  But come on, at least bother taking the time to read, at the very least, the whole first post before making opinionated suggestions off of incorrect assumptions rather than the actual facts.  If you have something useful about the 6.8 SPC in anyway that I can add and or changes I can make, I eagerly await and welcome their arrival.

ETA:  In actuality I take no real offense to your posting and am just having some fun at your expense hence all the little smilies and other icons throughout.  Everyone has opinion about how they like things.

There was another FAQ page that Forest had started a year ago or more. It was there a few days ago.

The moderators /owners of this site need to add a delete button so we can delete our own post like some of the suggestions in the 6.8 chart/thread. I'll gladly remove my remarks.

I agree as the posts really belong to the individual not the site.  Also it allows us to correct our own mistakes of miss-posts and would cut down on the Mods work.  The only problem with it would be if you had a series of posts, responses wouldn't have context, but the same will happen if someone just went in a deleted the content of their post so never mind.  I think we should be able to remove our posts.   I don't know what kind of functions there site software allows.
