[ARCHIVED THREAD] - 6.8 question

I am sure this has been asked before, but I couldnt get anything in the search option, and did not find anything by looking through all the posts.

What is the recomended buffer for 6.8? Finishing my lower, and wanted to make sure that a standard buffer and spring was adequate.

I use the 'H' Buffer in all my collapsible stocks.
