Can you use all the parts of a 556 upper except the barrel for a 6.8 build, like you can the 300BO? Will the lower and mags need anything done to them.
What length barrel for the 6.8 would you suggest?

No you need diffrent mags and bolt as well.

12.5 if sbr, or 16 to 18 for non sbr. imo
